In Camden Lock there is a lab. A lab that creates icecream with science. It's a liquid nitrogen ice cream parlour, and they make the ice cream right there in front of you, in about two minutes. And it is AMAZING! There's always a line out the front, but it moves relatively quickly. There are big metal containers of liquid nitrogen everywhere (as well as all the warning stickers and barriers and things that go with such fun chemicals) and there is quite often a heavy cloud that sits over the ice cream mixers, and all the flavours are held in beakers or test tubes.
It's pretty fun, actually. You pick a flavour, you watch them make it up for you, add toppings from a beaker, or a test tube, and then you eat it. So tasty!
Fun, right? You can find them at chinchinlabs.com, or by Camden Lock.
