Yorkies need regular haircuts. As amusing as it is to watch Quinn walk into doors because he can’t see out behind his eyebrows, it’s not awesome grooming fur that long. So he gets regular cuts. He gets haircuts more often than I do, actually. And Barkley Manor make it so easy. I drop him off at daycare, and when I pick him up he’s all sorted.
So, he got a cut last week. And usually the most photogenic dog in the world was not happy about me taking his photo:

oh my sweet beating heart…I’m not a big fan of small dogs, but your little Quinn definitely has the propensity to steal my heart. He really is the perfect dog :)
@Lys – He is! He’s got a crazy amount of character to, such a mad little personality. I wasn’t a fan of small dogs either, till him. When I went to go meet him as a puppy I was actually going to meet labradors. :) – elly

J and I once babysat our neighbours miniature yorkies. I wanted to keep them forever and ever and ever!

so cute. that’s nice that you can take Quinn to daycare during the day. How often does he go?
Saci would terrorize the other dogs more than likely if we took her…or the other way around, who knows!?!
@Eryn – He goes once a week, which is enough really. He was pretty antisocial before he started going regularly, and he’s waaay more chilled out now! The dogs mostly get on, and there are three or four minders to make sure that no one really gets hurt. :) Still, I’m sure some terrorizing would be fun! :P Thanks for the comment, hey. – elly
