		<description>&lt;b&gt;@Liz - yeah, but you get over the sweaty grossness. You don&#039;t really think about it that much. It&#039;s such a small part of the excercise :)&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;@JJ - Ha, yeah, it took some getting used to. Seriously? It&#039;s better the second/third time you go, you feel MUCH less horrible, and the stretches are easier to do.&lt;/b&gt;

&lt;b&gt;@Rebelle - woo yeah! Second time round was pretty awesome, MUCH better than the first! I didn&#039;t feel anywhere near as nauseous or as dizzy, was able to hold more of the poses, and felt ALOT better. And ha! Yeah, there was much salty goodness to be had after :)&lt;/b&gt;
